1. The RTM molds are prepared for spray up with
paint masks in place
2. An RTM mold with sprayed in color applied
3. The mold is loaded with fiberglass and/or additional core material
4. Once the mold is closed and vacuum-clamped it is ready for
the resin to be injected
5. After the part has cured the molds are separated
and the part is removed
6. Mold flanges and other pieces are trimmed from the raw part
7. The finishing step completes the process ... a perfect part
